What is your primary product or service?
We offer Management Services to owners of Vacation Rental Homes, owners of Residential Rental Income Properties, owners of Single Family Rental Homes, owners of Individually Owned Condominiums as well as Caretaking Services for owners of Second Homes. We specialize in the management, renting, leasing and caretaking of our quality inventory located through out the Monterey Peninsula!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The experience of living in different parts of the country helps one to creates an appreciation for a quality built home and how that home is maintained, especially when needing to find a good quality rental property. Providing quality properties is exciting and rewarding when there is a meeting of the mines and an understanding of the responsibilities.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The "Hand's On" approach of PineCone Properties' management style is well know and so appreciated by our owners, tenants and vacation guest as well as the vendors who service the properties. When there is a question or call about a need at a property, there is a timely response with appropriate action taken by qualified and licensed vendors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our Carmel location, 26615 Carmel Center Place, Suite 101, next to the Crossroads Shopping, has a great parking location, a spacious office suite and is well appointed including a conference room available for use by our clients and customers.

From US 1, turn East on to Rio Road. Go to 2nd STOP LIGHT, turn right (south) continuing past the SHELL SERVICE STATION, the PARKING LOT and the Well Fargo "The Private Bank" building. Turn left into the Private Parking area with parking located on both sides of the street and rear of building. PineCone is located in building 26615, Suite 101. Look for the brass PineCone bough above our door.
