What is your primary product or service?
We provide private fiduciary services as Trustee, Power of Attorney,and Executor. We also offer bill paying services, bank reconciliation, and financial transaction reporting to clients and their representatives.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a CPA, I became aware of the growing number of seniors that become victims of financial elder abuse. Our company is meant to be an advocate for the financial protection of seniors. We work with law enforcement, adult protective services, banks, and non-profit organizations to quickly respond to the needs of seniors who are alone and vulnerable to financial predators.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our company provides flexibility in the services we provide to meet the individual situations of seniors and their families. For seniors who are without family support, we offer Durable Power of Attorney for financial matters and Healthcare Power of Attorney for physical care and safety matters.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our office is located in Monterey, California. Our clients are located in California and throughout the United States. We often work with seniors who are here but have relatives in other countries. We are able to provide the distant family members assurance that their loved ones financial care and physical well being are secure.
